All items purchased are non-refundable. However, items may be exchanged within 14 days of the ship date if all garment and hang tags are in place and a copy of the receipt is provided.

Shipping

We do not ship or deliver on holidays or weekends.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time or to P.O. Boxes.

We NOW ship to APO/Military addresses.

Only Fed Ex/DHL shipping option has tracking capabilities.

Shipment Times & Confirmations

Orders are shipped 36-48 hours after Detailed Order Confirmation is sent.

Detailed Order Confirmations are sent within 36 hours of order placement and contain specific product confirmation and notice of items Out of Stock and on Backorder.

Detailed Order Confirmation for orders placed from Friday after 5pm CST through Sunday will be sent the following Monday. Those orders will still be shipped 36-48 hours after Detailed Order Confirmation is sent.
